USW Local 3657 Bake Sale for Post-Gazette Striker Fund a Success

The Pi Day bake sale held on March 14 to benefit striking Pittsburgh Post-Gazette workers was a resounding success, with sales totaling more than double the original fundraising goal of $2,000.

Members of USW Local 3657 planned, staffed and baked for the sale, which took place at the USW headquarters building in Pittsburgh. Dozens of bakers and volunteers also came from other labor organizations and community groups.
